JEWELLERY WARRANTY

Your Bella K Jewellery comes with a 1 year warranty covering material defects and production faults from your date of purchase. The prerequisite is that you, as the consumer, have purchased the jewellery at a Bella K Jewellery Online Shop. The Warranty provider is Duraflex Group Australia, Level 1, 328 High Street, Chatswood NSW 2067, Australia. Such items must not be returned directly to Duraflex Group Australia. Please contact us at enquiriesbellakj@gmail.com for return instructions.

We will repair your Bella K Jewellery within this one-year warranty period following the date of purchase, free of charge. If a repair is not possible or the repair deemed too expensive, we will exchange the jewellery against jewellery of equal value free of charge. The warranty lapses in the event of incorrect use, third-party repairs and careless handling and the warranty does not cover wear-and-tear, wear parts such as leather straps and satin ribbons, abuse or if the jewellery is damaged, for example during an accident. Please note the special Care instructions for all Bella K Jewellery brands.

This guarantee does not replace or limit legal warranties in accordance with the valid laws of the respective country.

For your own security, we would like to point out that defective jewellery should be returned to us by registered mail or as a parcel with return receipt. We are unable to assume liability for damage, loss or theft during transport.

ENTITLEMENT TO CLAIM

To make a claim under the warranty, the consumer must retain proof of purchase, which serves as validation for the warranty coverage.

WARRANTY WATCHES 

Bella K Jewellery is an authorised retailer for all the brands and products we carry. We ensure that our products are directly sourced from licensed manufacturers or authorised distributors. When you purchase an item from Bella K Jewellery, you can be confident that it is genuine, brand new, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging, warranty cards, and instruction manuals, where applicable.

Every watch purchased from Bella K Jewellery comes with a manufacturing warranty. The duration of the warranty is determined by the specific brand or manufacturer. Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty for further information regarding duration of warranty.

THOMAS SABO watches have a 24-month guarantee from the day of purchase covering material defects and manufacturing faults. The prerequisite for this is that you, as the consumer, at the Bella K Jewellery Online Shop. This guarantee is issued by Duraflex Group Australia, Level 1, 328 High Street, Chatswood NSW 2067, Australia.

Please note that THOMAS SABO watches purchased from an authorised dealer must be returned to this same authorised dealer along with the completed Guarantee Certificate and must not be sent to Bella K Jewellery or to the Duraflex Group directly.

To take advantage of this, please present the International Guarantee Certificate – dated, signed and stamped by Thomas Sabo. Please keep this Certificate in a safe place. This guarantee is only valid if batteries approved by THOMAS SABO have been used. Your watch is equipped with a quartz movement.

This guarantee is invalidated in the case of inappropriate usage, non-THOMAS SABO repairs, careless handling, wear, damage caused by normal usage (e.g. scratched glass), abuse or damage (e.g. as the result of an accident). Wearing parts such as straps, bracelets and batteries are not included in this warranty. Please note the special care instructions for THOMAS SABO watches.

WATCH WARRENTIES DO NOT COVER DAMAGE

It is important to note that watch warranties primarily protect against "manufacturer defects" and may not cover damage caused by other factors. To understand the specific coverage exclusions, we recommend referring to the manufacturer's warranty for detailed information on what is not covered.

Additionally, please be aware that if a watch has been tampered with, modified, or repaired by a third party, the manufacturer will consider the warranty voided.

It is essential to adhere to the manufacturer's guidelines and instructions to maintain the warranty's validity and ensure proper care of your watch.

All faults or defects will be sent to the manufacturer for assessment. The manufacturer will determine if the product is faulty and the cause of the fault.

The assessment time may vary depending on the manufacturer. The outcome, whether a refund or replacement, is solely at the discretion of the manufacturer.

We cannot expedite the assessment process or influence the manufacturer's decision. If no fault is found, you will be required to pay for postage to have the item returned to you.
